Agile Project Manager

What you will do:

• Lead projects from discovery phase, through feasibility study and PoC to release and scale up
• Ensure timely delivery of value to the product
• Lead a cross-functional team of experts in their fields, from AI engineers to designers
• Remove impediments and coach the team to overcome obstacles
• Trigger inspection and adaptation of the development practices
• Develop trustful relationships with clients and ensure a smooth cross-team communication
• Proactively search for business opportunities and turn them into action
• Support sales processes

Experience and skills we’re looking for:

• Very good knowledge and understanding of Agile software development practices
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in Agile software development organizations
• Ability to gather requirements, establish the scope of the project, its budget, timeline and set up a proper project kick-off
• Skill to create and keep track of relevant project metrics to monitor progress and act based on that data
• Competence to analyze and manage project and business risks
• Expertise in conducting product or project related workshops (user story mapping, event storming etc.)
• Ability to work independently and proactively in distributed environment
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Zenhub etc.)
• Soft skills: team management, facilitation, providing feedback, managing expectations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders from all management levels
• Fluency and confidence in written and oral English and Polish

It would be great if you also have:

• Technical background (previous experience working as IT engineer or a degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field)
• Experience with AI/ML projects or relevant knowledge about the domain, especially in Generative AI
