Junior In-house Lawyer

What you will do:
- Drafting commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements) and reviewing them against Tooploox’s standard contract clauses;
- Maintaining contracts database;
- Drafting internal regulations and corporate documentation;
- Conducting legal research;
- Drafting GDPR related documentation and tasks related to data privacy and security;
- Other tasks which relate to the legal aspects of Tooploox’s operations.
Experience and skills you need to join us:
- Availability: full-time;
- About 1 year of previous experience in a legal department or a law company;
- Exposure to practical issues connected with IT law/tech/privacy or demonstrated interest in these areas;
- Exceptionally good legal English;
- Exceptionally good communication skills – as an In-house Lawyer you will work close to business, with non-legal people who have to understand what you say;
- Law graduate (trainee attorney-at-law is a good fit as well);
- Willingness to learn and work autonomously (proactive approach) while filling in a cross-functional role in exceptional, fast-paced work environment;
- Familiarity with Google Workspace;
- Experience in a multicultural environment will be an advantage.
